Its advertising a film called Limitless which is due for release this month – March 18th in the USA and March 23th in the UK. If you visit theclearpill.com you firstly get to watch an infomercial about the clear pill and then after the video you are left with a website about the faux product. The film is imbedded after the break. Stars of the film include Bradley Cooper, Abbie Cornish, and Robert De Niro and it’s directed by Neil Burger and based on a book called The Dark Fields by Alan Glynn (buy a copy of the book here).
Without mentioning the film once, the advertising tells the viewer exactly what to except from the film. Hopefully the film will be as neat as the advertising campaign has been.
